CHEF JESÚS VÁZQUEZ REYNA

Originally from Jalisco, he studied a degree in gastronomy in Guadalajara. In 2015, he has the opportunity to work for Chef Matteo Salas, becoming his head chef for two years. After his stay in Áperi, he passes through kitchens like Le Chique of Jonathan Gomez Luna ( 1 *) L’astrance of Pascal Barbot (3 *), He was head chef of Alcalde of Francisco Ruano (50 best ) , And of La Cocinoteca of Juan Emilio Villaseñor … To return in 2023 to Áperi in San Miguel de Allende as Executive Chef , where he offers his proposal of contemporary Mexican cuisine.
